2023 Library New Connections & Upgrades RFP

This Request for Proposal (RFP) is in support of CENIC providing quality high-speed broadband connectivity for public libraries statewide. This Request for Proposal solicits responses from qualified service providers for various telecommunications circuits and, where noted, optional dark fiber segments across California. The physical addresses are provided in the attached exhibits.
