This Request for Proposal (RFP) is released in support of providing high quality broadband connectivity to specific rural locations in Humboldt and Trinity Counties for California K12 sites via the California Department of Education’s Broadband Infrastructure Improvement Grant 2.0 (BIIG) Program (http://biig.k12hsn.org), and in support of providing quality high-speed broadband connectivity for public libraries within Humboldt and Trinity Counties in California via the California State Library’s Broadband Project (https://www.library.ca.gov/lds/broadband.html).
