REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL BIG E rate 2023v2This Request for Proposals (RFP) is released on behalf of the California Department of Education (CDE) by the Corporation for Education Network Initiatives in California (CENIC) to identify external broadband connectivity solutions that provide fiber broadband connectivity to the most poorly connected school sites to allow digital learning opportunities for pupils.
