2017 Equipment RFP

This Request for Proposal solicits responses from qualified providers for network electronics as the modulating equipment for a fiber-based network. Bids shall be for the purchase of enterprise optical Network Equipment, along with associated licensing and maintenance. Proposals must include all costs associated with the delivery of all equipment, labor, services, and materials.
