CENIC members can choose from among several available options for videoconferencing:
K20video.org: Members who wish to use this can contact the Imperial County Office of Education (ICOE), which runs and manages K20video. They are offering unlimited videoconferencing for $5,000 per year per site. If a site anticipates low usage, they are willing to offer a lower per year rate based on low estimated use. To contract directly with ICOE or to obtain additional information, please contact Luis Wong at email@example.com or Teri Sanders at firstname.lastname@example.org.
3CMeNow: California's Community Colleges is willing to contract with individual campuses for use of the 3CMeNow videoconference service through 3CMedia Solutions. The cost is $2,500 per year per scheduler account. As with ICOE, if a site anticipates low usage, 3CMedia may be willing to offer a lower per year rate based on low estimated use. Interested parties may contact Phil Cerda at email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
